April 2024 – Directors David McKeown and Greg Cole along with Global Vendor & Business Development Manager Bradley Kelly travelled to Johannesburg, South Africa for the Arcfyre Group 20th Anniversary dinner to celebrate 20 years of success and excellence.
This was also the perfect opportunity to test our services and spend valuable time with our colleagues in South Africa, along with further visiting colleagues from Nigeria and Kenya. Collaboration, learning and developing together, along with opportunity to see and experience our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) providing the business and our clients with 24/7 global monitoring, journey management and tracking, along with travel advice and much more.
The following week consisted of strategic and brainstorming sessions to enhance our collective client support and delivery. Crucial to aligning goals, discussing challenges, and exploring innovative solutions to better serve clients and adapt to the evolving business landscape.
Such visits and milestones are rewarding in combined celebration, collaboration, learning and planning, always a great way to acknowledge the hard work and dedication that has gone into building a successful business.
