Can I speak to someone immediately?
Yes. For urgent or time-sensitive requirements, please contact our team directly by telephone or WhatsApp for immediate assistance. Calls outside of office hours in the UK will typically be handled by our 24/7 Global Security Operations Centre in Johannesburg.
How quickly can support be arranged?
In many cases, support can be arranged at short notice (within a few hours) depending on the requirement, timings, logistics and operational availability. We understand that principals’ schedules can change rapidly and we are structured to respond accordingly.
How is pricing structured?
Costs depend on the level of support required, number of personnel, duration, transport requirements, operational complexity and notice period. We are happy to discuss likely costs confidentially once we understand the requirement.
For ad-hoc projects we typically charge based on a daily rate. For retainer services/longer term projects we typically charge a monthly rate.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We offer various methods of payment including credit card payments and direct transfers.
What information do you need initially?
Usually only a high-level overview of the requirement, timings and principal profile is needed initially. We aim to keep the onboarding process proportionate and efficient.

Yes. We regularly provide Female Close Protection Officers based on specific requests, principal profile or role suitability.

Do you work directly with PAs, EAs and family offices?
Yes. A significant portion of our work is coordinated through personal assistants, executive assistants, chiefs of staff, estate managers and family office teams. We aim to make arrangements straightforward, responsive and low-friction.
Do you require long contracts or retainers?
No. We support both ad-hoc and ongoing requirements. Some clients engage us for a single movement or short London visit, while others require longer-term arrangements.
Can you coordinate directly with hotels, chauffeurs or aviation teams?
Yes. We frequently liaise with concierge teams, private aviation handlers, chauffeurs, hotel management and residential staff to ensure movements remain seamless and discreet.
Are your Close Protection Officers medically trained?
Yes. All of our Close Protection Officers have medical training to at least First Aid level 3. Most will have FREC 3 or higher.
What are the minimum standards for your Close Protection Officers in the UK?
Across the Arcfyre Group we apply a robust selection and vetting process that goes well beyond typical minimum standards. This covers various elements of hard and soft skills as well as baseline qualifications and accreditations. This includes, but is not limited to, extensive internal vetting, SIA Close Protection License, accredited Level 3 Close Protection course from a reputable training provider, medical training, excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English, professional appearance and operational experience.
Can you support international visitors arriving in London?
Yes. We regularly support international clients visiting London for business, leisure, events, medical travel and private family requirements.
Do you provide armed protection?
Armed support in the UK is not permitted by law. We offer armed support in various other locations globally, as appropriate and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Do you assist with route planning and venue coordination?
Yes. Our teams carry out extensive planning and preparation for every project before it begins and throughout the task itself. This includes route planning, advances, coordination with relevant points of contact at each venue and more.
Discretion
Can security remain low-visibility around children or family members?
Yes. Many clients require protection that feels calm, unobtrusive and non-disruptive, particularly around children and family routines. Our approach is designed to provide reassurance without creating unnecessary visibility.
Can you support short-term visits and one-off requirements?
Yes. We support both ongoing protective arrangements and short-duration requirements, including airport arrivals, dinners, shopping trips, events, meetings and temporary residential coverage.
Can you work alongside household staff and existing security teams?
Yes. We are comfortable integrating with household staff, drivers, estate managers, concierge teams, venue security and existing protective teams where required.
Can arrangements be made discreetly and confidentially?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is central to every assignment. We understand the importance of privacy for high-profile individuals, families and corporate principals. Information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Will your personnel blend into high-end environments?
Yes. Our approach is intentionally low-profile. Personnel are selected not only for operational competence, but also for judgement, professionalism, presentation and the ability to integrate naturally into luxury hotels, private residences, restaurants, business meetings and social environments.

Yes. We understand that itineraries, media attention, public exposure or threat levels can change quickly. Additional personnel, vehicles and operational support can often be coordinated rapidly.
Can you work around changing schedules and last-minute itinerary updates?
Yes. We understand that meetings, venues, flights and timings can change with little notice and, as such, flexibility is a key element of our approach and what we look for when recruiting personnel.
