Since 2003 Minimal Risk Consultancy (MRC) have built a reputation for sourcing individuals and building teams of multi skilled Specialists, often former service personnel, both in the UK and rest of the world. Our capabilities enable us to find and deploy personnel at short notice to tackle a wide range of security needs including Close Protection, Corporate Events, Residential Security Teams, AGM’s, and Asset Protection.
Our dedicated, permanent in-house team are experienced in recruitment for specialists tasks and are there to meet your needs. Our unique Recruitment Management System (RMS) enables us to provide profile analysis of candidates quickly and efficiently. The system also facilitates audit and quality assurance through ISO 9001 accredited process.
Key Details:
We have a substantial pool of Developed Vetting (DV) and Security Checked (SC) Cleared security personnel that can deploy at last minute. MRC undertake ad-hoc work in the UK on projects for UK Government departments as well as defence companies requiring DV and SC clearance.
- Verified UK military career with commercial experience in hostile or complex environments
- Excellent situational awareness and competence to adopt low profile/protective surveillance ethos
- Ability to give proportionate and relevant advice and analysis on demand, security, operational, technical, crisis and emergency services
- Capability to recognise espionage threats and quickly step in to de-escalate or mitigate those threats
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Professional image, with the ability to blend in with others and not appear as ‘protection’
Level 1 – Advertising
• Place a full page advertisement on our Recruitment Management System (RMS) website and LinkedIn platforms
• Detailed job description displayed to include key skills and qualifications
• Potential candidates are notified using skills search
• CVs of applicants sent directly to the client
Level 2 – Placement Service
• Level 1 advertising but with CVs filtered to requirements
• The recruitment utilises our external links to various bodies
• RMS search of all who are registered and match the key skill set out in the job description alerting them to the job opportunity
• Applications received are filtered against the job description and CVs are forwarded to the client for further assessment
• Short listed candidates notified, and interviews are coordinated
• Vetting service to BS7858 (optional)
Level 3 – Managed Services
Short or long-term deployments and is tailored to the client. Beyond the initial recruitment stage levels 1 and 2 this service can include:
