Last week Bradley Kelly – Global Vendor & Business Development Manager had the opportunity to meet with John Davies – Contract Manger to visit and oversee one of our incredible site locations that Minimal Risk Consultancy Limited have maintained since 2011.
18th Century Harewood House and Estate near Leeds. Living history, grand rooms, and art collections to rival the finest in Britain, evolving, and always changing to stay relevant to the present day with its collections, gardens, and grounds for the public benefit.
The Estate which comprises over 4,000 acres includes historic buildings, over 80 private lettings and a vast range of high-grade office space. The Estate also hosts a variety of special activities such as location filming and conservation work throughout the year.
Minimal Risk provide security services to the award-winning House, Trust, and the extensive Estate.
The work is varied, interesting and covers both internal and the great outdoors. During our site visit we had the opportunity to engage with the team and obtain greater insight of this busy and prestigious location along with the roles and functions covering the following duties:
- Static Security
- Control Rooms
- Vehicle/Mobile Patrols and Response to Incidents
- Vacant Property Checks
- Film Set
- Special Events
